Kingston Iron is a cooperation than began 3 years with a China based wrought iron factory.
In recent years, there have been influxes of cheap, substandard wrought iron coming from Mexico and Asia. As demands for residential ironwork such as wrought iron doors, gates, fence, and railings increase, the response has been disappointing for the building community.

More and more unqualified factories have begun to produce a new type of fabricated metal that only mimics wrought iron. These products, made from high carbon steel are not galvanized, poorly welded, and usually painted with low-priced lacquers.

Developing a reliable supplier of traditionally forged wrought iron was the most difficult task of our group over the past 6 years. What began as a small project for a single door turned into a major undertaking that eventually involved over 300 blacksmiths, several designers and engineers, and project managers from both the USA and China. Our wrought iron doors are AAMA and Miami-Dade certified for coastal application. Our other iron products demonstrate great Art Deco design, high craftsmanship, and superior manufacturing processes. Kingston Iron is able to assist in planning, iron restoration, and custom iron projects.
